libdist-zilla-perl software package provides Perl distribution builder, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-perl
libdist-zilla-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdist-zilla-perl *
You will get with libdist-zilla-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
